SELF DRIVEN LEARNING
We can assist in individual and team learning processes, where the learner drives the learning process and all knowledge/skills gained are directly linked to job requirements.
This can be achieved through the following methods with a support system by phone, fax or e-mail, in place in all areas to assist with queries etc.
ON JOB LEARNING
We create material based upon your needs and link this information with short 2-3 hour sessions on the job. On completion of each session an action plan would be completed in conjunction with work issues and reviewed at the next agreed learning session.
Workbooks would be created and the learner would progress through each segment with related practice to on job issues.
